Payments & Subscriptions
ShipAhead offers paid products and services, including Nuxt boilerplates. By purchasing through shipahe.ad, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing or introduce new fees with prior notice.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse ShipAhead’s Services, including but not limited to:
- distributing malicious code
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- reselling or sublicensing our Services without permission or
- violating intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on shipahe.ad, including the ShipAhead Nuxt boilerplate, are owned by Tom Han or licensed to us. By purchasing a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the ShipAhead code in accordance with the license terms. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
ShipAhead is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipAhead and its owner, Tom Han, shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss, arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ShipAhead at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of our Services. Upon termination, your rights to access or use ShipAhead will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
