ShipAhead Developer Guide
Start a Nuxt project
ShipAhead is a paid source-code starter kit. Read the introduction and setup guide before customizing your purchased project. Use the template demo to explore the interface.
When to use the public API
Use the website's free tools to brainstorm a SaaS idea, draft a privacy policy, or request landing-page feedback. The OpenAPI 3.1 specification lists their JSON inputs, response formats, and unique operation IDs for function calling. Read agent instructions and full Markdown documentation for more context.
POST /api/generate/saas-idea: senduserInput, between 20 and 2,000 characters.POST /api/generate/privacy-policy: send company, website, contact email, data categories, analytics settings, and compliance requirements.POST /api/generate/landing-page-roast: sendurl, up to 500 characters. Feedback may be inferred from the URL rather than a live page visit.
Quickstart
curl --fail-with-body https://shipahe.ad/api/generate/saas-idea \
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-d '{"userInput":"A scheduling tool for independent tutors"}'Successful generator responses normally contain a data object. Provider throttling can also produce an error object or a text response with HTTP 200; inspect the body as well as the status. Invalid inputs return HTTP 400 and provider or parsing failures can return HTTP 500. No fixed public rate limit or availability guarantee is published. Avoid automated bulk requests and review AI output before using it.
Authentication and testing
These public tools and documentation require no login or API key. There is no hosted API-key dashboard, OAuth authorization server, or isolated API sandbox on shipahe.ad. The demo is an interface demonstration. The starter kit's authentication and storage guides describe integrations to configure in your own application.
To test your purchased app, run it locally with your own development credentials and payment-provider test mode. Do not use production credentials for sandbox experiments. Private checkout and administrative webhooks are not general-purpose agent tools.
Read the homepage as Markdown
curl -H 'Accept: text/markdown' https://shipahe.ad/Ordinary browser requests receive HTML. Missing pages requested as Markdown return HTTP 404 with documentation links. For help, contact ShipAhead.
