License Agreement

This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of ShipAhead (the “Product”), offered via https://shipahe.ad by Tom Han (“Owner”). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Grant of License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ShipAhead for your personal or commercial projects. This license is for your use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed in any form.

Permitted Uses

  • Use ShipAhead to build and launch your own projects.
  • Modify the code to fit your specific project needs.
  • Use the boilerplate in both personal and commercial projects you own or manage.

Prohibited Uses

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense ShipAhead, in whole or in part.
  • Use ShipAhead to create a competing boilerplate or starter kit.
  • Share access to the ShipAhead repository with others outside your team.
  • Claim ownership or authorship of ShipAhead.

Ownership

ShipAhead remains the intellectual property of Tom Han. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the underlying code or related assets.

Updates

The Owner may provide updates, improvements, or fixes to ShipAhead from time to time. Access to updates may depend on the license terms at the time of purchase.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Since you receive immediate access to the full repository after purchase, no refunds will be issued.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ShipAhead is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Owner does not guarantee that the Product will be error-free or meet your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tom Han or shipahe.ad be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use ShipAhead, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

The Owner reserves the right to revoke your license if you breach this Agreement. In such cases, you must immediately stop using ShipAhead and delete all copies in your possession.
